Seed & Sow strives to ship out earrings within 3-5 business days or sooner.

Please read the description of your earrings. If your item is a PRE-ORDER it will take 5-7 days processing before the item is shipped. 

 

Returns

Seed & Sow Clay Company does not offer Refunds. All earrings are FINAL SALE. 

-If your earrings arrive damaged, please email us at seedsowclayco@gmail.com with pictures of the damaged items and box within 1 day of delivery date. 

-Polymer Clay may have flexibility to it, but please don't purposefully bend and fold. This may cause the earring to break overtime. 

 - All earrings are carefully inspected before packaging and shipping ;however, earrings are still handmade and human error may occur. Please reach out to seedsowclayco@gmail.com with any questions or concerns.

Quality Policy- 

The beauty of Seed & Sow Clay earrings is that they are handmade which means no two pairs are exactly the same. Please understand that slight variations may occur, and what you receive may look slightly different (and hopefully even better!) than the photo in the listing. We strive to give accurate pictures and descriptions of all products. 

Seed & Sow Clay Company strives to provide only the best. All of our earrings are made with polymer clay, and nickel free findings to provide a hypoallergenic earring. We use uv resin to seal various earring styles and to attach stud posts. 

Care instructions

Polymer clay should be kept in a clean and dry place.

Apply makeup and hair products before putting on earrings to avoid build up on your polymer clay earrings.

Avoid wearing them in water, as this may damage your earrings.

If they need to be cleaned, use a damp cloth with soap & water to clean them. 

If dropped, they are durable and will most likely not break. Some designs are more fragile and dropping or being rough may cause damage.

 

Broken Earrings

I try my best to avoid any mistakes being made. Every piece is checked and packed carefully before shipping out.

However if there is a mistake on my end I will gladly fix it.

Simply send me a picture of the product with a brief explanation and I will ship out another pair immediately.
